This report was commissioned by COWRIE (Collaborative Offshore Wind Research Into the Environment). It outlines the background to the development of the COWRIE data and information management system, an online metadata and information base that has been developed to provide support to the offshore renewables sector in meeting their license commitments. The report includes guidance for developers on using the online information submission and data retrieval systems, and describes procedures for submitting and accessing data provided by developers and Cowrie-funded researchers.
