The sea slug Onchidoris bilamellata

Sea slugs are animals which have evolved from sea snails and have lost their shells.  This species only eats acorn barnacles and can be found in large numbers where they are present.  There are lots of acorn barnacles on the turbines and so this sea slug will probably be there too.
